Delivery Information
Whilst we aim to deliver all orders within 14 days for the avoidance of doubt, there is no fixed delivery date but in any event, please allow at least 28 days for mainland UK only. Orders may be dispatched in more than one package and will not necessarily arrive at the same time. Please allow additional time for overseas orders.
If in the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we are not able to deliver your order within 28 working days mentioned above, we will contact you and you may cancel your order.
Any discrepancy between the products delivered pursuant to the order must be notified in writing to the Forces Pension Society within 14 days of delivery.
